Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Billing
Ensoras subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing period.
- Billing occurs on the same date each month (or the closest available date if that date doesn't exist in a given month)
- All prices displayed are in EUR and exclusive of VAT, which will be added where applicable
- You will receive an invoice via email for each payment
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:
- Immediate effect: Your cancellation takes effect immediately, but your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No automatic renewal: You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods after cancellation
- Data retention: Your data will be retained for 30 days after your subscription ends, allowing you to export or reactivate
- Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time by subscribing again
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, go to your Billing page in your Ensoras dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription." You can also contact our support team at [email protected] if you need assistance.
Refund Policy
As a general policy, subscription fees are non-refundable. This is because:
- Our service is available immediately upon subscription
- You have full access to all features during your billing period
- You can cancel at any time without penalty for future periods
Exceptions
We may consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same period
- Technical issues: If a significant technical issue on our end prevented you from using the service for an extended period
- Billing errors: If there was an error in the amount charged
- Legal requirements: Where required by applicable consumer protection laws
EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, by subscribing to our Service and accessing it immediately, you acknowledge that you expressly request that we begin providing the Service before the withdrawal period ends, and you understand that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully provided. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under one of the exceptions above, please contact our billing team:

- We will respond within 3 business days
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Plan Changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time:
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period
- Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing period. You retain access to your current plan's features until then
